Working Hours: 11:30 pm - 6:30 am

Job Role:

- International voice - Non-Technical (United Kingdom)
- Ensuring a fair settlement and good customer service
- Liaising with the claimant and advising them on any issues that arise
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer service calls
- Working towards and exceeding KPI’s set on a daily basis
- Handle constructive objections politely and efficiently
- Ensure the correct processes and procedures are followed in a regulated environment

- We need someone who is friendly and approachable with customers from all backgrounds
- An excellent team player, who is keen to progress within an organization
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office
- Confident and effective communicator
- Knowledge of ERP
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Energetic and enthusiastic attitude towards the customers and business
- Maintain positivity throughout the workplace and have resilience within a challenge
- Adaptive towards new skills and techniques

Schedule:

- Night shift
