As an Operations Executive at Novatex -a subsidiary company - The Wood White India, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to gain hands-on experience in various operational functions. You will work closely with different departments and teams, ensuring smooth and efficient processes to contribute to the overall success of the company.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative assistance to the operations team, including data entry, record keeping, and generating reports.
- **Process Management**: Collaborate with various teams to improve existing processes and streamline workflows, optimizing efficiency and productivity.
- **Supply Chain Coordination**: Assist in managing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of products or services.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor and maintain quality standards by conducting regular checks, ensuring adherence to company guidelines.
- **Customer Support**: Work with the customer support team to address operational issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
- **Logistics and Shipping**: Assist in coordinating shipments, managing logistics partners, and tracking deliveries to ensure on-time arrivals.
- **Financial Tracking**: Help monitor operational expenses and assist in budget management to control costs effectively.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyze operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, providing valuable insights to the management team.
- **Cross-Departmental Collaboration**: Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and finance to ensure seamless communication and teamwork.
- **Compliance and Regulations**: Stay up-to-date with relevant industry regulations and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Strong Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and propose actionable solutions.
- **Excellent Communication**: Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal teams and external partners.
- **Organizational Abilities**: Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- **Problem-Solving**: Proactive and creative problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
- **Team Player**: A collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- **Tech Proficiency**: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn and adapt to new software systems.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
