Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 1.5 years of recruiting experience preferred.
- Understanding of recruiting sites, such as LinkedIn, Indeed etc.
- Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented observation skills.
- Knowledge about Digital Marketing would be an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruitment using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.

Job Responsibilities
- To develop and carry out talent acquisition strategies for the company.
- Develop a company policy for talent assessment, benchmarking, and interviews.
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
- Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.
- Advertise open positions on job portals, social media channels and so on.
- Manage the entire recruitment process.
- Screening of resumes received through the various channels.
- Review resumes and credentials in relation to position requirements.
- Assisting with new colleagues training and onboarding.
- Administrate all paperwork regarding the hiring of a new employee.
- Prepare a report on a monthly basis for key talent acquisition metrics.
- Work closely with the HR department to stay updated and meet the company's hiring needs.
- Coordinate with the marketing department to build innovative talent acquisition strategies.
- Stay updated and well researched with talent acquisition trends.
- Anticipate future hiring needs by analysing the organisation's development.
- Maintain employee files and data.
