Programme Coordinator

I. OVERALL JOB PURPOSE

To maintain and assist with the ongoing development of an innovative health care program that promotes personal development and healthy, active lifestyles for older people where the social environment and their wellbeing is key. To ensure the program is well-placed, to develop, deliver and co-ordinate a range of high quality, complementary services and activities that meet the needs and aspirations of elderly community in a select region of Trivandrum.

III. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

1. Plus two pass with high professional attitude.

2. Prior experience as Coordinator preferred not required.

NOTE

(i) possess good communication and interpersonal skills;
(ii) have a positive attitude towards working with elderly;
(iii)Proficient in one language in addition to malayalam;
(iv) be able to work flexible hours;
(v) be computer literate with experience in excel and word as minimum requirement;and

(vi) Practically minded, able to easily move between co-ordination and practical activities as required

IV.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

a) To assist the formation and registration of different aspects of the company's technical wings and to support the planning and implementing of the programmes.

b) To ensure the smooth running of the organization by maintaining a safe, professional, welcoming and accessible environment.

c) To organise meetings, workshops, CPDs, training and coaching sessions and other events related to the programme.

d) To prepare periodic reports, and records on programme activities, progress, status or other special reports for management.

e) To analyse and evaluate programme’s effectiveness to develop improved methods.

V. REMUNERATION

Matching experience and qualifications at prevailing rates and incentives extra.

NOTE
- Show proof of vaccination (COVID-19).
- Contract may be terminated at any time in the event of poor performance, incompetence, misconduct or insubordination.
