- Remove washed pot ware and stacks them according to size and likeness for future use.
- Remove washed dinnerware, flatware, glassware, small ware and cook ware and stacks them according to size and likeness for future use
- Utilized proper cleaning chemicals for designated cleaning and sanitization
- Return items not satisfactorily cleaned for an additional wash
- Sweep, scrub and mop kitchen floors
- Scrub walls and trashcans
- Pick up trash in kitchen and loading dock area
- Clean floor mats
