  • Remove washed pot ware and stacks them according to size and likeness for future use.
  • Remove washed dinnerware, flatware, glassware, small ware and cook ware and stacks them according to size and likeness for future use
  • Utilized proper cleaning chemicals for designated cleaning and sanitization
  • Return items not satisfactorily cleaned for an additional wash
  • Sweep, scrub and mop kitchen floors
  • Scrub walls and trashcans
  • Pick up trash in kitchen and loading dock area
  • Clean floor mats
