Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed.
- Remove rust, old paint, and other contaminants from surfaces to ensure proper adhesion of new coatings.
- Mask and tape off areas that should not be painted.
- Mix paints and coatings to achieve the desired consistency and color.
- Inspect finished work to ensure that it meets specifications and quality standards.
- Address and correct any defects, runs, or other issues with the applied coatings.
- Document work performed and report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe work practices.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations related to the handling and disposal of paints and solvents.
- Participate in safety training and meetings as required.
- Maintain and clean spray painting equipment, tools, and work area to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to supervisors.
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to complete painting projects according to schedule and specifications.
- Communicate effectively with team members to address and resolve issues and provide updates on progress.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
