*Responsibilities:*
- **Reception Duties**:*
- Warmly welcome clients and visitors to our office.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.
- Provide information on travel services, packages, and itineraries.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- **Tele Calling**:*
- Reach out to potential clients to promote travel packages and deals.
- Follow up with existing clients regarding bookings and payments.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

**Requirements**:*
- Previous experience in customer service or reception preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software beneficial.
