Roles and Responsibilities
- Organising and maintaining the office, including all storage units
- Coordination of Office Work
- Keeping records of office assets, including hardware and software, their issue to staff, their maintenance and servicing
- Vendor Management: Purchase and management of office supplies and hardware/software assets
- Vendor management: Quotations management and placing orders
- Managing logistics and arrangements for staff and client meetings
- Filing and maintaining client and project records
- Executive assistance to Management
- To ensure cleanliness and Up-Keepment of facilities
- Proven experience as administration manager
- Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
- Proficient in MS Office
- An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- A team player with leadership skills
