Ppic Executive

Develop and maintain production plans and schedules based on sales forecasts, production capacity, and inventory targets.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to gather demand forecasts and customer orders.
- Monitor and analyze production performance, capacity utilization, and inventory levels to identify potential bottlenecks or shortages.
- Work closely with procurement team to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components for production.
- Optimize production schedules to minimize changeovers, downtime, and production costs while maximizing efficiency and output.
- Review and update production plans as necessary to accommodate changes in demand, inventory levels, or production constraints.
- Collaborate with manufacturing team to prioritize production orders and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize excess inventory, stockouts, and obsolescence.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy of inventory records.
- Generate reports and provide analysis on production performance, inventory levels, and adherence to production schedules.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in production planning and inventory control.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
