**Sr. Counsellor**

**Our Requirement**

The main role will be to do Face to Face & Telephonic counseling of students who

are looking for admission in various Universities in UK, Ireland, Australia,

required to maintain a student database (on our CRM), ensure regular follow up on

potential leads for students who are looking to enroll for our Test Preparation

courses like IELTS & PTE training. The job involves calling on fresh leads and

follow ups to ensure walkins, conversions and admissions. The job will involve

significant reading, self studies and on-line research to ensure most accurate and

updated information is shared with students.

The job is ideal for those who are passionate about learning, meeting new people

and will suit people who like working in a challenging and target driven

environment. There are significant and continuous opportunities of vertical growth

within the organization and to travel overseas for training and University

conferences.

**Skills Needs**

customer friendly.
- Have counseling experience in at least 3 out of the 6 countries mentioned

above. Knowledge of UK will be a added advantage
- Have an aptitude continuous research, learning & knowledge__.
- Possess Excellent interpersonal skills & communication skills, both written

and spoken__.

- Ability to counsel students and convert Leads in to walk-ins and walk-ins in

to admissions__.
- Ability to counsel students for Test Prep Courses
- Should have working knowledge of Computers and MS Office__.
- Should be Internet and Social Media Savvy __
- Ability to work in a target driven and result oriented environment__.
- Marketing skills will be a distinct advantage.
- Experience of blogging and online counseling on education portals &
facebook groups will be a distinct advantage
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience as an overseas education counselor
