**Role & responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound calls to Directors/CFOs of SMEs and other corporates based on provided leads as well as self-generated leads.
- Pitch and promote Capstone Corporate Advisors' services to prospective customers during telephonic conversations.
- Fix appointments with potential clients after establishing interest and engagement.
- Meet customers in person, accompanied by a senior member of the team, to understand their requirements and assess their financial strengths and weaknesses.
- Evaluate client needs and recommend the most suitable funding structure that aligns with their company requirements.
- Engage in ongoing correspondence with clients and the in-house execution team to complete required documentation for proposals.
- Coordinate with relevant bankers to explain client requirements and highlight client strengths, ensuring smooth approval and sanctioning processes.
- Take responsibility for completing disbursement procedures and effectively closing deals once they are sanctioned by the bank.
- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in a B2B context.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with high-level decision-makers.
- Ability to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Financial acumen to evaluate the financial strengths and weaknesses of prospective clients.
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasive skills to facilitate successful deals.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented individual with the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

**Working hours and days**
- Monday - Friday: 10:30 - 18:30
- First two Saturdays of the month are off, 3rd and 4th Saturdays will be half days.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
