Sales and Procurement Coordinator

Edappal, India Camber Aeroparts Full time

Responsible for procuring aircraft materials and technical services from the International market.
- Requesting quotations, analyse pricing, place orders, supplier management duties and closing purchase orders.
- Maintain an approved vendor list, update records and reports in business systems.
- Track purchasing activities such as PO activity, Open PO’s and turnaround time.
- Accountable for shipping various goods via courier, carrier or ‘comat’, domestic and international.
- Proactively drive and manage strategic relationships with customers, suppliers and business partners to support current and future requirements.
- Ensure prompt and accurate entry of purchase order date / Sales orders (e.g. Incoterms, payment terms, unloading point, accounting classification) into the business system and transmittal of orders electronically.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Flexible shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edapal, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:
