**Sales Coordinator - Industrial Automation (Female Preferred)**

**Position Type**: Full-time

**Salary Range**: 20,000 - 30,000 Monthly

We're seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator, preferably female, with a focus on industrial automation products. This role involves supporting the sales team in coordinating with clients, understanding their needs, and facilitating the sales process. A solid understanding of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and familiarity with ABB motors and drives is essential for effectively communicating technical solutions to potential customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as a liaison between the sales team and clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of customer requirements.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotes, and presentations for industrial automation products, including PLC systems, ABB motors, and drives.
- Collaborate with technical teams to gather product information and specifications to meet customer needs.
- Coordinate product demonstrations, site visits, and technical consultations to showcase the capabilities of PLC systems and related equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project specifications in CRM systems.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with products and address any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to identify potential sales opportunities and competitive advantages.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum one year of experience in sales coordination or customer support, preferably in the industrial automation sector.
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), as well as familiarity with ABB motors and drives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
