**Facilities Management**:

- **Office Maintenance**: Coordinating repairs and maintenance for office facilities, ensuring a safe and comfortable working environment.
- **Security**: Implementing security measures such as access controls and monitoring systems to safeguard company assets and personnel.

**Finance and Budgeting**:

- **Expense Management**: Tracking expenses, processing invoices, and reconciling accounts payable and receivable.
- **Budget Assistance**: Assisting with budget planning and monitoring expenses to ensure adherence to financial targets.

**Human Resources Support**:

- **Employee Onboarding**: Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training logistics.
- **HR Documentation**: Maintaining employee records, updating personnel files, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

**IT Support**:

- **Basic IT Assistance**: Providing basic technical support such as troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and liaising with IT professionals for more complex problems.

**Communication and Coordination**:

- **Team Liaison**: Serving as a liaison between different departments or teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and distributing minutes to ensure everyone is informed and aligned.
