Job Purpose:
Drive data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
Work with multiple stakeholders (business, marketing and product teams) to understand requirements, challenges and opportunities of existing systems

Proactively analyze data to answer key questions from stakeholders or out of self-initiated curiosity with an eye for what drives business performance, investigating and communicating areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity

Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis

Integrating various reporting components from multiple data sources

Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing insights

Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets and work with multiple stakeholders to prioritise business and information needs

Locate and define new process improvement opportunities,

Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings

Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

Filter and clean data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems

Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail

Education, Experience and Skills:
Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor or master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or related field with 3 years of hands-on experience

**Experience**:
2-5 years, Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst

Must have Skills and Experience:
Java/Python,SQL, Excel (must), Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL etc), programming (Javascript, or ETL frameworks)

Stronganalytical skillswith the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

Experience with map reducing libraries like hadoop and machinelearning libraries like tensor flow etc is an added bonus.

Good to Have:
Technical expertiseregardingdata models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
