**Responsibilities:

Develop & design curriculum & instructional materials that align with our learning objectives.

Incorporate best practices in instructional design, such as adult learning principles & active learning strategies, into the curriculum

Conduct research on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in curriculum development to continuously improve and innovate our educational offerings.

Develop assessments, activities, and other instructional materials to measure learning outcomes and engagement.

Evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum through data analysis and student feedback, and make necessary adjustments.

Communicate and collaborate effectively with instructors, and other team members.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Training to Teachers how to teach as per curriculum.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design, preferably in an educational or corporate setting.

Strong knowledge of curriculum development principles, instructional design models, and adult learning theory.

Experience with e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
