Introduction:
This is your opportunity to be part of a team that will be responsible for leading large multi-year change programme, to deliver target cash settlements strategic platform. The role will require working collaboratively with colleagues across the globe and from many teams such as Technology, Operations, Middle Office, Finance and architecture. You will have opportunity to exercise overall responsibility to drive analysis and design from inception, through delivery stages through to business go live and benefit realisation, demonstrating your ability to successfully deliver change. This role will require strong collaboration and positive attitude to lead significant change

What will you be doing?
- Work with stakeholders and delivery teams to lead the definition stage to confirm project scope, identify delivery plan, resource demand, testing and implementation approach.
- Engage and facilitate across work streams/delivery teams to identify and proactively manage risks and issues; support teams to remove blockers and provide proactive management of risk issues and change control to mitigate delivery challenges. Escalating to the programme/function lead as appropriate
- Work closely with users to analyse and validate business requirements using relevant tools and approach relevant to audience and co/non collocated locations.
- Define and document functional requirements either by use of user stories or functional requirements
- Create presentations and communication materials for engagement with senior management
- Support for Business Mgmt and Budget tasks
- Identify or provide solution options, pros/cons and present recommendations using appropriate level of documentation for audience and consult to get agreement.

What we’re looking for:

- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills and ability to face off with various levels of seniority
- Demonstrable track record of successful analysis and design delivery of change business from inception through to delivery ideally with cross function or front to back impacts
- Ability to manage and engage stakeholders, initiate and build strong relationships and influence and negotiate at all levels of the organisation in a global matrix environment
- Able to multi-task and manage several competing demands and adapt to changing requirements
- Able to communicate and coordinate across teams and locations
- Proactive and delivery focused, with ability to work under pressure with mínimal supervision,
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and respond to new requests
- Positive attitude to problem solving; ability to recognise and mitigate challenges and influence teams to work collaboratively to identify solutions and produce/articulate summary to drive decision making
- Strong team player and open minded, with ability to adapt to different styles or methods of working

Skills that will help you in the role:

- Experience of working simultaneously on multiple deliverables, to effectively prioritise, to track actions and to drive to completion high-quality delivery in an efficient and proactive manner
- Experience of practical use of use of Jira/Rally, Confluence
- Competent with Microsoft Office particularly PowerPoint
- Handling challenging situations e.g. resistance to change, due to nature of STP/Efficiencies or changing mindset on technical solution or approach.
- Have experience working in Financial Services, in Middle & Back Office operational areas.
- Knowledge of trade lifecycle and product types
- Experience of managing tasks across different functions and across non co-located teams
