- PMO Leadership
- Define and maintain Project Management standards, guidelines, Quality Standards, checklist, and Nutanix-specific requirements for the Agile project management
- Knowledge of the Confluence page, Tableau Dashboards, and JIRA Query and Dashboards
- Work with the Jira Engineering team to automate project management framework, standards, rules, and policy in Jira
- Build and manage Project Management Capabilities maturity model and RACI Matrix.
- Provide leadership to ensure proper investments in tools, processes, and people to govern Project Portfolios, Risk Reviews, Document Controls, and Project Management training
- Influence key stakeholders for project deliverables and executions
- Coordinate with cross-functional Teams to improve JIRA project integrations.
- Analytics (Monitoring and measurement)
- Create and Manage various project management dashboards, exceptions report metrics, and KPIs in Jira as well as Tableau
- Create and maintain required dashboards on sprint progress, Sprint Fallouts, Backlog Management, etc.
- Own and manage the governance of project management processes and be able to track and report on process deviations.
- Monitor project risks and take appropriate mitigation actions to ensure the timely delivery of project deliverables and milestones
- Generate accurate and timely Project Management and Jira-related data for various Quarterly Business Reviews
- Communications
- Create and share timely communications to stakeholders which include project status, sprint achievements, KPIs, etc
- Engage with BAs and Architects on a weekly basis to ensure sprint-related activities are on track
- Engage with delivery leads on a weekly basis to discuss sprint progress, resource alignments, and bandwidth and be able to detect risks or challenges impacting sprint commitment
- Act as liaison between key stakeholders
- Own and run regular meetings with key stakeholders like Sprint planning, Sprint retrospective, project status meetings, etc (Daily standup will be run by individual scrum masters in respective teams)
- NPS Owner
- Manage, Measure, and Monitor Net Promoter Score (NPS) and related activities like communications, escalations, etc using the NPS tool (CIO Pulse)
- Operational Support
- Plan Quarterly On Call Support including PagerDuty
- Plan Quarter end freeze date and On Call Support for each delivery team
- Manage and Track P0 and its RCA
- Manage and Reduce Jira Backlog
- Support maintaining process repositories and documentation
- Ensure processes are in compliance with established SOX requirements of the GRC team
- Any other duties assigned related to the SaaS Engineering team

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 8+ years of experience in project management and establishing project management methodologies in an aggressive agile environment
- PMP/PMO Certification is plus.

- Knowledge of Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, Enterprise Integrations, etc
