**Title: Real Estate Salesperson**

**Job Summary**:
A Real Estate Salesperson is responsible for facilitating the buying and selling of real estate properties. They work with clients to understand their needs, identify suitable properties, and guide them through the sales process. This role involves extensive networking, market research, and negotiation skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Consultation**:Understand clients' real estate needs and preferences.

**Property Listings**: Create and maintain property listings, including descriptions and images.

**Market Research**:Stay updated on local real estate market trends, property values, and competitive properties.

**Property Showings**: Arrange and conduct property viewings with potential buyers or renters.

**Negotiation**: Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, aiming to secure the best deal for all parties involved.

**Documentation**: Prepare and assist in the completion of real estate contracts, leases, and other legal documents.

**Financial Analysis**: Provide clients with financial information and assistance in making informed decisions.

**Marketing**: Utilize various marketing strategies to promote properties, such as online listings, open houses, and social media.

**Networking**: Build and maintain a network of clients, real estate professionals, and industry contacts.

**Compliance**: Ensure adherence to all relevant real estate laws and regulations.

**Requirements**:
State-issued Real Estate Salesperson license (requirements vary by location).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Knowledge of local real estate market conditions.

Negotiation and sales abilities.

Basic understanding of real estate contracts and legal processes.

Attention to detail and organization.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Familiarity with real estate software and databases.

Education and Experience:
A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.

Completion of a real estate pre-licensing course.

Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.

Work Environment:
Real Estate Salespeople work in various settings, including real estate agencies, brokerage firms, and may spend time in the field showing properties. The schedule is often flexible, including weekends and evenings to accommodate client needs.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
