Sales Executive

Position Overview:
As a Sales Executive for the Client Store located in the lobby of our premium hotel, Client will be responsible for proactively engaging with guests and patrons in various areas of the hotel, including the lobby, restaurant, gym, poolside, and other common areas frequented by executives and guests. Client primary objective will be to promote and sell products available at the Client Store while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement : Approach guests and visitors in a courteous and professional manner to introduce them to the client Store and its offerings.
2. Product Promotion : Showcase the range of premium products available at the Client Store, highlighting their features and benefits to potential customers.
3. Sales Generation : Actively pursue sales opportunities by persuasively presenting product offerings, addressing customer inquiries, and closing sales transactions.
4. Location Rotation : Regularly move between various locations within the hotel premises, including the lobby, restaurant, gym, poolside, and other high : traffic areas, to maximize exposure and sales opportunities.
5. Event Participation : During business conferences and events held within the hotel, actively engage with attendees to promote Client Store products and drive sales.
6. Multilingual Communication : Fluently communicate in English, Hindi, and Gujarati to effectively engage with a diverse clientele and cater to their preferences and needs.
7. Customer Service Excellence : Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, assisting with product selection, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
8. Shift Management : Adhere to assigned shift timings, with morning shifts from 7:00 am to 15:00 pm and Noon shifts from 15:00 pm to 10:00 pm, ensuring punctuality and reliability in attendance.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.
2. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively and build rapport.
3. Proactive attitude and self : motivated approach to sales and customer engagement.
4. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati, both verbal and written.
5. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
6. Professional appearance reflecting the premium brand image of the hotel and Client Store.
Note : This position requires frequent movement within the hotel premises and may involve standing for extended periods.
The Sales Executive should be comfortable with active engagement and approachability while adhering to hotel policies and standards.
