Office Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms as requested by staff members.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and announcements as needed
- **Data Entry and Record Keeping**:
- Accurately enter and update data in various databases, spreadsheets, and online platforms.
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee records, including contact information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Compile and generate reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office or similar software.
- **Office Maintenance and Supplies**:
- Monitor and replenish office supplies, including stationery, kitchen supplies, and cleaning materials.
- Coordinate with vendors for office equipment repairs, maintenance, and service agreements.
- Ensure the office environment is tidy and organized, including common areas and conference rooms.
- **Assistance to Staff**:
- Provide logístical support for meetings, events, and company gatherings, including setup, catering arrangements, and guest coordination.
- Assist employees with travel arrangements, accommodations, and expense reimbursements.
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding activities, including paperwork, orientation, and office setup.
- **Purchase Support**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
