**Job Summary**:
As a Social Media Administrator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance the online presence and reputation of our company. You will manage and oversee all social media platforms, create engaging content, interact with followers, and monitor social media trends and analytics. Your goal will be to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads through strategic social media campaigns.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute creative social media strategies aimed at increasing brand visibility and engagement.
- Create and publish engaging content on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive social media campaigns that align with the overall marketing goals and objectives.
- Analyze social media metrics and insights to identify trends, track performance, and make data-driven recommendations for optimizations.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Identify and engage with influencers, brand advocates, and industry leaders to build relationships and expand reach.
- Monitor competitor social media activities and propose innovative strategies to stay ahead in the market.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and ensure brand guidelines are followed across all social media channels.
- Support the development and implementation of paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, content writers, and web developers, to create and implement social media campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Administrator or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and tracking tools.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate compelling content ideas.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using social media management tools, scheduling platforms, and graphic design software.

**How to Apply**:

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
