Role Title**:Freelance Sales Representative** - Eco-Friendly Pet Products

**Role Overview**:
**WORMS CHOICE**, a leading provider of eco-friendly, compostable pet care solutions, is seeking energetic and motivated Freelance Sales Representatives. In this role, you'll champion our mission to promote sustainable pet care by introducing our 100% compostable dog poop bags to retail pet stores across major Indian cities. This position is ideal for those passionate about environmental sustainability and looking to make a tangible impact through their sales efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and engage potential retail pet store partners within your designated city.
- Present WORMS CHOICE products, highlighting their eco-friendly and sustainable benefits.
- Negotiate and finalize orders, ensuring alignment with both the retailer's needs and our company's objectives.
- Maintain and grow relationships with retail partners, ensuring satisfaction and recurring orders.
- Provide feedback from retail partners to help improve product offerings and sales strategies.

**Compensation**:

- This is a performance-based role with compensation directly tied to successful orders placed by retail partners.
- A competitive commission will be provided for each order secured, with bonus incentives for reaching target milestones.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly products.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Previous sales experience, especially in pet products or eco-friendly goods, is a plus

**Salary**: ₹15,568.94 - ₹40,309.13 per month
