**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement curriculum, policies and procedures in line with the educational philosophy and goals of the school.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the school, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children, parents, and staff.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff members to ensure they meet the standards of the school.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, staff, and the wider community to create a positive and supportive environment for children.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student enrollment, attendance, and academic progress.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring that financial resources are used effectively and efficiently.
- Promote the school's programs and services through marketing and outreach initiatives to attract new students and families.

**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a play school or early childhood education setting.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
