**Job Title**: Telemarketing Executive (Digital Marketing Agency)

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive individual to join our team as a Telemarketing Executive for our digital marketing agency. As a Telemarketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, and promoting our digital marketing services. Your exceptional communication skills and sales acumen will contribute to the growth and success of our agency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our digital marketing services and generate leads.

2. Identify and qualify prospects based on their marketing needs, budget, and business goals.

3. Provide detailed information about our digital marketing services, including search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, pay-per-click advertising, content marketing, and website development.

4. Explain the benefits and advantages of our services, addressing any questions or concerns raised by potential clients.

5. Maintain a database of leads, client interactions, and follow-up activities using our CRM system.

6. Follow up with leads and schedule appointments or consultations for our digital marketing team.

7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop persuasive sales scripts, presentations, and marketing collateral.

8. Stay informed about industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and our agency's service offerings to effectively communicate with potential clients.

9. Meet or exceed individual and team targets for lead generation and conversion.

**Qualifications**:
1. Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles.

2. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and confident approach.

3. Ability to build rapport quickly, establish trust, and handle objections professionally.

4. Strong knowledge and understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies.

5. Familiarity with search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, pay-per-click advertising, content marketing, and website development is a plus.

6. Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple leads and follow-ups.

8. Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets and meet deadlines.

9. Positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection.

**Duration and Compensation**:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from **10,000 to 20,000** rupees per month, based on qualifications and experience. Additionally, there may be performance-based incentives. The exact compensation will be discussed during the interview process.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
