**Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Strategy Development**:Develop and execute innovative and data-driven Meta marketing strategies to achieve ecommerce goals.
Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies to ensure the competitiveness of marketing campaigns.

**Campaign Management**:Plan, create, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta platforms.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed KPIs.

**Audience Targeting**:Utilize audience targeting features on Meta platforms to reach specific customer segments.
Develop and refine customer personas to enhance targeting precision and campaign effectiveness.

**Budget Management**:Effectively manage advertising budgets to achieve maximum return on investment.
Implement cost-effective strategies and optimizations to improve campaign efficiency.

**Collaboration**:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and product teams, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Collaborate with external partners and agencies as needed.

**Testing and Optimization**:Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize ad creatives, copy, and targeting.
Implement continuous improvement strategies based on data-driven insights.

**Reporting**:Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the success of campaigns against established KPIs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Meta advertising and ecommerce marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of Meta advertising platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and the customer journey.
- Certifications in Meta advertising and other relevant digital marketing certifications are a plus.

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
