**Overview**:
As the Campaign Executive, you will play a crucial role in disseminating information, organizing events, and implementing communication strategies. Your responsibilities will span event organization, planning, social media management, poster design, campaign execution, and occasional travel.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Event Organization and Planning**:

- Conceptualize, plan, and execute various events, workshops, and seminars to promote awareness and education.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual setup, and other event-related requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event execution.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to promote the organization's initiatives and engage the target audience.
- Create and curate content for various social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Monitor social media analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- **Poster Design**:

- Design visually appealing posters, banners, and promotional materials for events and campaigns.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and other creative professionals to maintain a cohesive visual identity.
- **Campaign Execution**:

- Develop and execute information and education campaigns to reach the target audience.
- Utilize various channels, including digital media, print, and in-person engagement, to maximize campaign impact.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- **Travel**:

- Occasional travel may be required to oversee events, engage with stakeholders, or attend relevant conferences.
- Coordinate travel logistics, accommodations, and schedules efficiently.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event organization, planning, and execution.
- Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in relevant design tools.
- Demonstrated expertise in social media management and digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel for extended periods (5 to 7 days) as required.
