Currently, CIMET has around 150 team members across Australia, India, and the Philippines, with plans to double this number over the next two years. Role Summary: We are seeking a Digital Campaign Assistant to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms for both local and international markets. You will be responsible for managing ad budgets, analyzing performance data, and driving campaign results to meet business objectives. Ensuring all paid media campaigns adhere to Australian regulatory standards and guidelines will be a key aspect of the role. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital channels. Budget Management: Manage and allocate ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI while meeting campaign objectives. Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize and improve results. Compliance: Ensure all paid media campaigns adhere to Australian regulatory standards and guidelines. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop and implement effective strategies for audience targeting, ad creatives, and campaign execution. Experience and Skills: Paid Media Expertise: Proven experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital channels for local and international markets. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze campaign data and performance metrics to optimize and improve campaign results. Budget Management: Experience in managing and allocating ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and meet business objectives. Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with Australian regulatory standards and guidelines for digital advertising is preferred. Collaboration: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and creative, to develop and execute effective campaign strategies. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a strong ability to convey performance insights and recommendations. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail in monitoring campaigns, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining compliance across all platforms. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. Experience: 4+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns, with a focus on digital marketing and performance optimization. Technical Skills: Proficiency in paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital ad tools, along with familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics. Interview Process: The interview process will include a 1-2 hour in-office session where candidates will be asked to demonstrate their campaign management skills by setting up and optimizing a paid media campaign.
