**Job Summary**: We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive for our IT hardware rental business. The role requires expertise in financing concepts, including IRR, lead generation, client meetings, and promoting the benefits of leasing IT hardware.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand IT hardware rental offerings and financing models.
- Generate leads via cold calls, networking, and events.
- Convert leads by showcasing the financial advantages of leasing.
- Present, demo, and customize solutions for clients.
- Collaborate on tailored client proposals.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Build strong client relationships for referrals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and options.
- Meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide market feedback to management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- B2B sales experience, preferably in IT or tech
- Familiarity with IRR and finance principles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Willingness to travel
- Team player

**Salary**: From ₹600,000.00 per year
