Job Summary: As a Promoter, you will be responsible for promoting and creating awareness of a product, brand, or event. Your main objective will be to engage with potential customers, generate interest, and drive sales or attendance. You will represent the organization in various settings, such as trade shows, retail stores, events, and public spaces, utilizing your interpersonal and communication skills to deliver key messages and create a positive brand experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Product/Brand Representation:Become knowledgeable about the product or brand you are promoting, including its features, benefits, and unique selling points.
Engage with potential customers to create interest and communicate the value proposition of the product or brand.
Demonstrate or showcase the product to highlight its features and functionality.
Answer customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide accurate information about the product or brand.

Event Coordination and Support:Assist in organizing and setting up promotional events, trade shows, product launches, or other marketing initiatives.
Coordinate logistics, such as booth setup, signage, product displays, and promotional materials.
Engage with event attendees, distribute promotional materials, and encourage participation or sales.
Collect customer feedback and data to evaluate the effectiveness of the event and provide insights for future improvements.

Sales and Lead Generation:Actively approach potential customers to initiate conversations and generate leads.
Educate customers about product features, benefits, and pricing to drive sales.
Provide product demonstrations or samples to encourage trial and purchase.
Capture customer information, such as contact details or preferences, to follow up and nurture leads.

Brand Awareness and Promotion:Increase brand visibility and awareness by creating positive interactions and experiences with potential customers.
Distribute marketing materials, samples, or promotional items to attract attention and reinforce brand messaging.
Utilize social media platforms and online channels to promote the product or brand and engage with a wider audience.
Act as an ambassador for the brand, embodying its values and presenting a professional and positive image.

Reporting and Feedback:Provide regular reports and feedback on promotional activities, including customer interactions, sales, and event outcomes.
Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
Share customer feedback, suggestions, and concerns with the marketing or sales teams for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent (some roles may require a college degree or specific industry knowledge).
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related field is desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
- Enthusiasm, energy, and a positive attitude to create excitement and interest.
- Strong presentation and demonstration skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to various environments and situations.
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles and techniques.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online promotion is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by promotional events or campaigns.

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
