Responsibili%es:
1. Student Outreach and Awareness:

- Develop and implement strategies to increase awareness about our programs and

services among students, both on and off-campus.
- Coordinate outreach ac%vi%es such as workshops, presenta%ons, and informa%on

sessions to engage with students and promote our offerings.
- Collaborate with marke%ng team to create promo%onal materials and campaigns

targeted towards students.

2. Student Servicing and Support:

- Serve as a primary point of contact for student inquiries and concerns, providing %mely

and accurate informa%on and support.
- Assist students with program applica%ons, registra%on processes, and other

administra%ve tasks as needed.
- Monitor student feedback and sa%sfac%on, iden%fying areas for improvement and

implemen%ng solu%ons to enhance the student experience.

3. Event Coordina%on:

- Assist in planning and organizing events and ac%vi%es aimed at student engagement and

reten%on.
- Coordinate logis%cs for events such as orienta%ons, networking sessions, and alumni

gatherings, ensuring smooth execu%on and posi%ve par%cipant experience.

4. Data Analysis and Repor%ng:

- Collect and analyze data related to student engagement, sa%sfac%on, and program

effec%veness.
- Prepare reports and presenta%ons summarizing key findings and recommenda%ons for

enhancing student awareness and servicing ini%a%ves.

5. Cross-func%onal Collabora%on:

- Work closely with other teams such as marke%ng, admissions, and student services to

ensure alignment of messaging and resources.
- Collaborate with colleagues to iden%fy opportuni%es for synergy and collabora%on in

support of student success.

Contract length: 2 months

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 per month
