We are looking for Sales Support Associate to join our team. As a Sales Support Associate, you will collaborate with our Sales & Marketing departments and help us generate leads. We are looking for a thinker and a problem solver.

**Key responsibilities**
- Counselling students and parents about the courses, both online & offline, offered by the organization.
- Managing support activities such as technical support, general support for the assigned geographies and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction Maintaining CRM tools such as Freshdesk & Lead Squared with correctly segmented data for targeted marketing activities.
- Collaborating with the various teams of organization (Sales, Development & Product) for planning and forecasting.
- No sales targets.
- **Key Qualifications**:

- Freshers / 0-1 years of customer support and customer handling experience.
- Fluent in English and Hindi Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- Proficient in English and Hindi
- Bachelor’s degree with specialization in Marketing/ Sales/ Mass Communication is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
