_**IT Recruiter**_

We are looking for an IT Recruiter for our India Operations. We plan to outsource all of our Marketing work to India for our group of companies. You will be closely working with the Operations Manager and HR who are in Canada to build and promote the brand "GLEN". You will be responsible to hire a Team to achieve the marketing goals in India.
- **Responsibilities**_
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate portals
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work
- **Skills Required**_
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment process across various IT Technologies
- 2+ years of professional experience in recruitment and selection of IT profiles (mandatory)
- College degree in Human Resources, Management, or other related areas
- Knowledge of server-based applicant tracking systems
- Good communication and negotiation skills

Hybrid

Monday to Friday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Flexible shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurugram, Gurgaon - 122003, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 3 years (required)
