**Designation**: Customer Care Officer
**Experience**: Fresher or any BPO experience
**Package**: 15000 PM to 20,000 PM (Initial training period stipend) - Rs.300/- per day

**Key Skills**:

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with appropriate priority while performing customer service.

Qualifications:
- UG/Graduate can apply
Age should be between 18 to 30 years
**Roles and Responsibilities**
Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
Superior product knowledge.
A team player with leadership skills.
