**Primary Duties / Responsibilities**
- Build rapport and establish strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their challenges and goals.
- Implements processes that will keep the leadership team abreast on the status of all sales activity on an ongoing progress.
- Maintain Training Session Calendars.
- Effectively present the company’s products or services to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Manage scheduling changes and communicate updates to all stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver reports as required.

**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**
- Graduate with Excellent oral and written communications skills, as well as excellent presentation skills.
- Experience in inside sales /tele sales of IT services / Solutions. Sales of training, audit and certification solutions in the enterprise space will be an added advantage.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors and market conditions.
- Self-motivation, self-management and professionalism with advanced organizational, negotiation, problem solving skills and team building skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and setbacks while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet Technologies/social media.

**Salary**: ₹11,128.70 - ₹36,754.49 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Shift:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Faridabad, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
