**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound sales calls to generate leads, promote hotel services, and secure bookings and reservations.
- Engage with potential guests in a professional and courteous manner, providing detailed information about our property's offerings, including accommodations, dining options, amenities and special packages.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to overcome objections, address inquiries and persuade potential guests to book their stay with us.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including call logs, lead generation and conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to align telemarketing efforts with overall sales objectives and strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings and market developments to effectively position our property in the marketplace.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by management, demonstrating a strong focus on results and revenue generation.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to guests throughout the booking process, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines, including compliance with regulatory requirements and data protection laws.
- Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth, participating in training programs and development initiatives as required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum one year of experience in a high-quality outbound voice process, preferably in a hospitality or customer service environment.
- Excellent verbal and social communication skills in English, with proficiency in the local language for effective communication with guests.
- Proactive, confident, and self-motivated individual with a strong drive for achieving sales targets and delivering results.
- Performance-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and numbers, demonstrated by a track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and customer needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with guests, establishing trust and credibility in interactions.
- High level of professionalism and integrity with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and maintaining the reputation of our property.

- Salary: 25000 per month
- Age limit: 22 - 35

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
