Glide is an Insurance Broking intermediary with head office at Hyderabad. Glide Insurance broking Services currently services corporate, government and retail clients for all General and Life Insurance related products and policies. As part of its expansions plans, Glide Insurance is currently hiring for a robust technical team capable of handing Insurance Claims as an end to end service.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Claim Executive will be responsible for handling all Insurance claim related requirements of Glide's corporate and retails clients.
**Responsibilities**:
- The Claims Executive will be responsible for providing high level technical claim handling and support to Glide's corporate clients and insureds.
- The Claims Executive will be responsible to mitigate losses, addresses and resolves coverage issues and when appropriate, provides guidance and advice to our clients. - The Claims Executive will handle all claims in a proactive manner properly addressing all coverage issues, liability and damages to timely set reserves and mitigate the exposures.
- The Claims Executive will prepare prompt, thorough and articulate reports for clients, insureds and management with valuable client information and intelligence. - The Claims Executive will assume the role of a SPOC for some of our selected corporate clients and will be overall responsible to oversee the account is serviced in accordance with Glide's technical and administrative standards / guidelines.
- He/She will remain updated on current industry standards/guidelines and legal decisions that impact claim handling and exposures. He / She will attend settlement conferences and/or mediations, and give presentations to the client and or management as and when required.
ROLE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
A minimum of 3 years insurance technical claim handling experience. Undergraduate college degree.
Demonstrates excellence in: o Verbal and written communications; o Time management; o Claims judgement; o Business acumen; o Organizational skills; o Interpersonal skills; and o Analytical skills.
Work experience with an Insurance Broking Company is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
