- Handle customer complaints professionally, providing solutions in a timely manner.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Strive to exceed customer expectations and contribute to customer loyalty.
- Gather customer feedback to improve service quality.
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Technical Support, Operations) to address customer needs.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving processes and products.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹6,500.00 - ₹7,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 5 per week
