**Job Summary**:
The **Recruiter, D&T **role is to support our growing business demand in India with primary focus in Bangalore D&T. This position requires prior experience of recruiting in the IT Industry. Recruiter will be expected to develop new sourcing/recruiting strategies to build a diverse pipeline of talent for both current and future demands and responsible for end-to-end recruitment execution to achieve the hiring needs of the organization.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to develop a strong understanding of business strategy and talent profiles to deliver on the hiring needs of the business.
- Coordinating for Temporary hiring positions with Vendors and West hiring managers.
- Establish and build relationships with other recruiters to share knowledge, HR trends and experiences to execute best practices enterprise wide.
- Accurately track and report recruitment activity data to support metrics
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs..
**Basic Qualifications**:
- Bachelors in business, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in end to end IT recruitment.
**Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:
- Mix of agency and in-house experience strongly preferred.
- Experience recruiting in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
- Excellent consultative skills and proven success developing strong, collaborative relationships across multiple departments and levels.
- Proven experience engaging high-potential prospects through innovative and targeted sourcing methods and cold calling.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems and social media channels.
**Travel Requirements**:
- 5-10 % travel
