Associate Copywriter

**Job brief**

**Associate Copywriter** responsibilities includes working on the tasks assigned to them and moving them through the WCM board. In each task, the Associate Copywriter will be provided with a list of products and links to information about the brand and the list of products. They will read and evaluate product information, then write product listings using information provided. When they finish writing the listings in a task, they will submit their completed product listings to the WCM Supervisor. After the listings are reviewed, the WCM Supervisor will issue feedback and ask the Associate Copywriter to make any necessary revisions before the final review takes place..

Ultimately, you will help create valuable product content and establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures.

**Requirements and skills**
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
- Excellent reading comprehension and writing skills
- Quick Learner
- Can manage their own tasks effectively
- Editing/proofreading experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Health & Beauty industry is a plus
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
- Understanding of how CRM systems work
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Patience when handling tough cases
- Proficient with Slack, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Drive
- BSc in Information Technology or relevant diploma
