Job Description: Quality Checker at Cricket Gyan

Cricket Gyan is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Checker to join our social media team. As a Quality Checker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high standard of content posted on our social media handles. Your primary responsibility will be to meticulously review and approve all content, including posts and video content, before it is published. Your keen eye for detail and passion for delivering top-notch content will be instrumental in maintaining the overall quality of our brand's online presence.

**Responsibilities**:
Content Review: Thoroughly examine all proposed content, including written posts, images, and video materials, to ensure they align with Cricket Gyan's brand guidelines and editorial standards.

Quality Assurance: Verify that all content meets the highest quality standards in terms of grammar, spelling, formatting, and visual appeal, while adhering to the brand's tone and style.

Fact-Checking: Ensure the accuracy and authenticity of information provided in the content, particularly when sharing cricket-related news, updates, and statistics.

Compliance: Monitor compliance with copyright laws, usage rights, and other legal regulations concerning the use of images, videos, and other media in the content.

Editing and Improvements: Collaborate with content creators and editors to offer feedback for improvement and suggest necessary revisions to enhance the overall quality of the content.

Content Publishing: Once content is approved, oversee its timely scheduling and posting across various social media platforms, ensuring consistency and engaging storytelling.

Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, user engagement metrics, and audience preferences to improve content strategies continually.

Crisis Management: Act swiftly to address any content-related issues, misinformation, or negative feedback, and take corrective actions when needed.

Performance Evaluation: Monitor the performance of posted content, analyze engagement metrics, and provide insights to enhance future content strategies.

**Requirements**:
Strong passion and knowledge of cricket and social media trends.

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.

Proven experience in content review, editing, or related roles.

Excellent command of the English language with impeccable grammar and writing skills.

Familiarity with various social media platforms and their specific requirements.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate urgent content changes or updates.

Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of analytics tools to gauge content performance (desirable but not mandatory).
