**Purpose of the Job**

To coordinate activities linked to Special process Adhesive bonding / Gluing during phase of Tender, Development, Concurrent Engineering, Production till watrranty phase.

**Organisational reporting**
- Reports hierarchically to the Special process manager

**Qualification & Experience**
- B.Tech Mechanical with minimum 8 to 12 years in Similar field

**Key Network & Links**

**Internal**: Tech. Bid, Product Eng, Process Eng, Industrial Quality, Production, Production, Sourcing ,SPQD, SQA with Adhesive bonding /Gluing Network

**Performance management**
- Acheive DPUs as per agreed KPI w.r.t 5Ms Corrective actions
- Cost savings my MT reductions / Kaizens / 6 sigma -DMAIC
- Special process Robustification score > 3 with PDCAs
- Periodic review of FMEA
- IRIS/ APSYS Implementations

**Responsibilities**
- To participate during the tender, concurrent engineering phases integrating the industrial constraints and rules in order to mitigate risks and optimization of cost -Adhesive bondings
- To perform contract review interms of impact of adhesive bonding activities for all new projects
- To Provide documents requested by the SP Robustification team /QA/Prod/SCM etc
- To meet the Special process Objectives/KPIs interms of PQDSM ,EHS
- To adhere Process qualifications, Work Station audits as per schedule
- To adhere People Qualifications/ Training schedule compliances as per Alstom Procedures & updation of Skill matrix -monthly
- To Support Continual Improvements in the work shop & proposing new adhesives/tools/jigs / SOPs/ Rework Procedures
- To propose correction, corrective actions throiugh QRQC/8D for any Non Compliances either internal or external
- To Bench mark with other sites of Adhesive bonding process
- To Promote adhesive bonding product implementation with Zero EHS impact
- To Support Control plan, 8D, QRQCs, Risk analysis, Mitigation plan
