Overview:
Join our dynamic team as an International Telesales Representative, where you'll play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our global reach. This position involves connecting with potential clients via telephone, understanding their needs, and effectively promoting our products/services.

**Responsibilities**:
Outbound Calls: Initiate and handle outbound calls to prospective international clients.

Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of our products/services to effectively communicate features and benefits.

Customer Engagement: Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.

Sales Pitch: Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches to showcase the value proposition of our offerings.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.

Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Documentation: Accurately document all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies and share insights.

Qualifications:
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).

Sales Experience: Proven track record in telesales or a related field.

Customer-Centric: Customer-focused mindset with the ability to identify and address customer needs effectively.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Resilience: Demonstrated resilience in handling rejection and overcoming objections.

Team Player: Strong team collaboration skills and willingness to contribute to team success.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).

Previous experience in telesales or a related field is advantageous.
