**Job description**

We are searching for an engaged Telesales Representative to boost sales by reaching out to current and possible clients. To this end, you will be required to obtain lists of individuals’ information. The Telesales Representative will also shot down important notes during conversations to facilitate follow-ups by our Clinical staff. A successful Telesales Representative at AHSPL, should be able to convince even the toughest of individuals to lead them to the Clinic.

**Responsibilities**:

- Call /Follow Up
- Daily target of leads
- Converting every call into a relationship call ensuring better conversions.
- To Convert Lead to Show within 3 calls.
- Outbound : Call New Leads within 10 mins of Timeline & convert them to a show client.
- Inbound : Receiving all inbound calls & calling back the missed inbound calls immediately.
- ffectively Communicating & managing leads across various stages to closure.
- On Time Addressal of Client’s Queries, Concerns Objections,Escalating when required.
- Obtaining and updating lists of individuals and contact details updating them into the CRM.
- Addressing clients uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
- Noting important details of each conversation & updating it to the clinic.
- Communicating verbal acceptances of the visit to the clinical staff and Manager.
- Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close the deal.
- Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
- Updating in Excel sheets and in Software and Maintaining proper data.
- Conducting each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others dispositions.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate.
- Having minimum 1 years of Prior experience as a telecaller or similar role is a must.
- Completion of a sales-related training program is preferred.
- Computer literate.
- Exposure to diverse viewpoints, cultural norms, and experiences.
- Superb verbal communication, Languages - English, Kannada and Hindi is a must, knowing other languages will be an added advantage.
- Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.
- Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
- Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
