The role of Office Administrator is the critical to the success of the company as it acts as a linchpin between the teams and offices and controls the efficiency with which the teams deliver on set targets. The key responsibilities of the Office Administrator are listed below for ready reference. However additional responsibilities may have to be shouldered from time to time.

**ADMINISTRATION**

1) Maintaining office records

2) Managing bank & compliance activities for the company

3) Managing office discipline & HR related documents

4) Coordinate office activities & operations to ensure operational efficiency

5) Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the CEO

6) Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures

7) Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data

8) Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary

9) Assisting in internal and project procurements

**SERVICE DESK RESPONSIBILITIES**

1) Assisting team leads in preparation reports

2) Assisting team leads in doing review calls with customer representative

3) Coordinating weekly operations meeting & circulating the minutes

4) Monitoring & reporting on support tickets

5) Monitoring & reporting on preventive maintenance tasks

6) Scheduling & recording visits for infra team

7) Intimating clients/users regarding the visits

8) Performing Post visit checkups with clients and engineers

9) Maintaining the CRM for visits, support tickets, tag master, knowledge base & tasks

Job Requirement

1) Preparing job profiles & descriptions

3) Scheduling interviews

5) Preparing offer letters

6) Preparing & maintaining employee records

**TRAININGS**

1) Provide trainings to service desk staff for customer handling

2) Provide communication trainings to all staff members

3) Assist in preparing cheat sheets for call handling

4) Assist in preparing knowledge base for the company.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
