**Job Description**:
**Duties**:

- Responsibilities may include working any funds movement exception policy question or process question
- Lead a team of teammates dedicated to PayPal Inc. exceptions
- Partner with management on projects that will require manual money movement
- Be able to communicate with the DEV team for all issues related to Correction Tool/Paylutions
- Maintain the documentation for the new Exceptions Management Policy approval process across PayPal Inc.
- Provide direction and strategic planning to management regarding necessary changes and updates; including policies, upgrades, and customer care issues for exception management funds movement
- Partnering with accounting and finance on Correction Tool/paylution related process
- Review, Approve and Execute Correction Tools from the CCTR2 tool and the Paylutions platform
- Assist with Wire out issues and wire out controls/ request
- Edit and create training material and Standard Operations procedures for department and the Ability to present the material to team and management

**Job Requirements**
- Strong verbal skills for communicating with other internal groups and external vendor contacts
- Coaching and leading a team of high performing team mates
Detail orientation and ability to research and analyze data for posting funds and transactions to customers’ accounts
- Familiarity with payment processing and/or posting of funds to customers PayPal Inc. account type
- Understanding of the Correction Tool/Paylution program and process
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies
- Must be able to work independently on projects with internal and external partners
- Requires broad base of PayPal tools, processes and products.
- Ability to work independently on critical, compliance related account review
- Ability to maintain high standard of accuracy and consistency on an ongoing basis
- Proficiency in Excel processes - required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining task routines
- Ability to meet production expectations while performing additional tasks as needed after proper cross training
- Able to analyze complex customer situations
- Completes the appropriate set of actions to resolve/ progress standard and complex cases and educates the customer on processes or actions to come to timely resolution with their current issue and how to avoid issues in the future
- Experienced in analyzing data and information and consistently makes the right decisions / develops reusable solutions
- Driven to understand and use new systems and processes
- Expert on multiple business processes and/or less common cases/process scenarios
- Quickly becomes proficient in new functional or technical skills
- Supports projects and provides relevant data and insights
- Presents data driven recommendations and solutions
- Takes ownership of and delivers on business goals and understand what he/she has to do on project
- Strong prioritization skills when handling a variety of tasks
- High levels of self-awareness and adapts style to facilitate resolution and avoid unnecessary conflict
- Demonstrates ability to lead small projects. Able to seek out /leverage relevant data and insights to improve customer experience
- Sets aggressive goals and pushes others to achieve extraordinary results. Helps and coaches’ others to drive for results, and overcome difficulties
- Remains objective when analyzing a situation /problem. Does not allow personal views to skew the analysis and decisions are made based on facts and unbiased reasoning

**Education**
- 4 year College degree in Accounting or Business Management preferred
- High School Diploma Required

**Experience**
- 3+ relevant work experience in Global Exceptions Operations preferred
- One plus years of team leadership preferred
- 6 years PayPal Inc. experience required
- Experience within Customer Support and Financial Services, transaction processing, banking, ACH Support, or ACH exception processing preferred
- Thorough knowledge of PayPal Inc. transaction flow highly desired
- Working knowledge of the Correction Tool and Paylution system and product
- Basic Accounting Skills for questions on funds movement
