**Assist Deputy Manager & perform task for the Regions Assigned.**

1) Receiving GPS alert from all Regions from PAN India daily, the discussion is communicated to the Region Fleet Person and RH for the alerts and report for SOS.

2. Daily report from GPS Port Last Communication & Inactive Vehicles Details Daily Tracker and sending mail to those particular vehicles escalation to concerned Region and discussed on spot to sort out the issue through telephone.

3. Requesting driver details on daily basis from all regions updating it in GPS portal with NOC team support on daily basis and we cross verify the same with some drivers on daily basis. For
Accuracy on Driver Details due to any Accidents and Incidents we can produce Digital
Evidence of the Vehicle and Driver.

4. Details of Non-Running Vehicles Data on daily basis are sent to Regions for confirmation.

5. Monitoring Cash Bag Tracking 20 Numbers Devices in 9 Regions. And sending those consolidate reports to Director - Operations on daily basis, and daily basis discussed with
Regions wherever Device is being rotated on rotational basis.

7. Vault Camera Login and Non-Working Cameras Checking Process / Vault Password Different
Platform Login Credential 18 Locations.

8. Vault Operation - Monitoring Daily All PAN India Vault Operation Sending Reports to Director
- Operations and Discussing with Regions Wherever Vault is not connected with NOC.

9. Flashing the inappropriate activity to RH and Dir Ops for correcting the errors in Vault Area.

10. Vault Guards Rotation monitoring previous day Night Duty and Next Day Duty Guards.

11. Vault Security Frisking Daily Image Based Reports.

12. Vehicles Fuel Consumption Repeated Filling Reports Sending to Rh for Checking with Concern
Fleet Person to Investigate for genuine activity.

13. Kilometre Difference as Per HR Data Vs GPS Data Sending Monthly Basis to Finance for
Further Process as Per GM Operations Instruction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
