Export Sales Executive

**Market Research and Analysis**: Conducting market research to identify potential international markets for the company's products or services. Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in target regions.
- **Lead Generation and Prospecting**: Identifying and reaching out to potential clients, distributors, or partners in target markets. Generating leads through various channels such as online research, trade shows, networking events, and referrals.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Building and maintaining relationships with clients, distributors, and partners in export markets. Understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing timely support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve export sales targets. This may involve setting sales objectives, creating pricing strategies, negotiating contracts, and developing promotional campaigns tailored to each market.
- **Export Documentation and Compliance**: Managing all documentation required for exporting products or services, including export licenses, shipping documents, and customs declarations. Ensuring compliance with export regulations and international trade laws.
- **Logistics Coordination**: Coordinating with logistics partners to arrange shipping, transportation, and delivery of products to international customers. Monitoring shipment status and resolving any issues related to transportation or delivery.
- **Market Expansion**: Continuously seeking opportunities to expand the company's presence in new export markets. Identifying emerging markets, evaluating market potential, and developing entry strategies to capitalize on growth opportunities.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Tracking export sales performance, analyzing sales data, and preparing regular reports for management. Identifying trends, opportunities, and challenges in export markets and making recommendations for improvement.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, production, finance, and legal to ensure alignment of export sales activities with overall business objectives. Providing input into product development, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns based on market feedback.
- **Customer Service and Support**: Providing ongoing support to international customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating after-sales service as needed.
