Travel Concierge

**Role Requirements**:

- Be the primary point of contact for all the L2 travel & expense query.
- Handle L2 Visa and Travel arrangements.
- Arrange all domestic and international travel.
- Arrange end to end Travel arrangements for employees when required - Transportation and hotel.
- Research and compare available travel and hotel accommodations to identify best option available
- Negotiate on best rates every time there is a travel occurrence
- Handling all incoming travel requests and processes that follow after.
- Getting Approval from (required department) before finalizing booking.
- Prepare travel itineraries and distributes travel arrangements and schedules to all appropriate staff
- Maintaining a record of all the travel taking place.
- Managing emergency changes/ cancellation.
- Processes reimbursements for travel expenses.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

**Skills Required**:

- Hands-on experience with domestic and international travel regulations, customs, and currencies.
- Experience of flights and hotels booking.
- Good command of English, written and spoken.
- Good understanding of MS-Office. Experience in Travel & Expense

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
